A guided setup path, troubleshooting, and verification checks. You do the hands-on steps.
What is included in White Glove?
Everything in Basic plus hands-on session guidance to get you to a stable install faster.
What do you need from me?
At minimum:
- Your 12-digit AWS Account ID
- The region you are deploying to
- Confirmation of your target operating system (Ubuntu recommended)
If you purchase White Glove, you may also grant limited AWS permissions for setup steps. You stay in control.
Do you store my secrets or keys?
No. Do not send passwords, private keys, or long-lived access keys by email. We design the workflow to minimize what you share. See our Security and Data Handling Statement.
Is OpenClaw supported by AWS or OpenClaw?
No. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) or by OpenClaw.
How fast is delivery?
Most Basic setups can be completed quickly once prerequisites are met. White Glove is typically faster because we remove back-and-forth. Actual timing depends on your AWS readiness and any environment-specific issues.
What if my setup is unusual?
We can usually still help, but we may recommend small changes to keep things stable and secure.
