AWS Account ID (12-digit)
AWS region and environment notes
Support communications you send us (including logs you choose to share)

We do not want passwords, private keys, or long-lived access keys.

Payments

Payments and applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We do not store your full payment card details.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers strictly as needed to operate the Service (for example, payment processing and email delivery).

Data retention

We keep support records for as long as needed to provide support and meet basic business requirements. If you want us to delete a support thread, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort, subject to legal and operational needs.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
