Refund Policy

No refunds after delivery

Because this is a service with time-sensitive delivery, there are no refunds after delivery has occurred. Delivery includes any of the following:

  • We begin installation or troubleshooting work
  • We deliver customized instructions, scripts, or configuration specific to your environment
  • We hold a live session for White Glove

Before delivery

If you believe you purchased in error and we have not started delivery, contact us as soon as possible at Support@openclaweasystart.com. We will review and may issue a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, contact us first. Chargebacks increase costs for small businesses and can delay resolution.
