Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of OpenClaw EasyStart for AWS (the “Service”), provided by Perksminder LLC (“Perksminder”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We provide guidance and services intended to help you install, configure, and validate OpenClaw on an AWS EC2 environment you control. Deliverables vary by plan and are described at checkout and on our Pricing page.

2. What you are responsible for

Your AWS account, billing, and security
Creating and maintaining your AWS resources
Making and applying configuration decisions in your environment
Backups and disaster recovery for your systems

3. Access and permissions

If the Service requires AWS access, you will grant permissions in a way you control. We recommend least-privilege permissions and time-bounded access. Do not share passwords.

4. No affiliation

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) or by OpenClaw.

5. Payment and billing descriptor

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Your credit card statement will show charges as PerksminderLLC.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, there are no refunds after delivery.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat information you share as confidential and use it only to provide the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and Security and Data Handling Statement.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that your environment will be error-free or that any third-party software will meet your needs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and applying changes in your environment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perksminder’s total liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will reflect the current version.
